Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to set the details of the implementation and compliance of the domestic travel contract concluded by the korean travel hunter (hereinafter referred to as the "Travel Agency").

Article 2 (Type and definition of travel)

The types and definitions of travel are as follows.

1. General Recruitment Travel: Travel conducted by recruiting travelers according to travel conditions established by travel agencies.

2. Hope Travel: Travel conducted by travel agencies according to the travel conditions desired by the traveller.

3. Consignment Recruitment Tour: A tour conducted by entrusting the recruitment of travelers for a travel product made by a travel agency to another travel agency.

Article 3 ("Travel agency" and traveler's obligation)

1. In order to provide safe and satisfactory travel services to travelers, "travel agencies" must faithfully perform their duties in the process of establishing and implementing travel plans such as travel arrangements, guidance, transportation, and accommodation.

2. Travelers should actively cooperate in promoting harmony among travelers and maintaining the travel order of the "our company" for a safe and enjoyable trip.

Article 4 (Composition of Contracts)

1. The travel contract includes a travel contract (attached), travel terms and conditions, and a travel itinerary (or travel manual).

2. The travel contract should include the name, location of the travel agency, and the subscription of guarantee insurance (or the current status of the deposit of the business deposit) under Article 9 of the Tourism Promotion Act.

3. The itinerary (or travel manual) should include travel destinations by travel date, tourist details, transportation, number of shopping, accommodation, and meals, as well as "travel agency" service details and traveler precautions.

Article 5 (Refusal to conclude a contract)

A "travel agency" may refuse to conclude a contract with a traveler if the traveler has any of the following reasons: 1. Where individual management is necessary due to illness, physical abnormality, etc., or the smooth implementation of group travel (such as interfering with other travelers' travel) is deemed to be hindered

2. When the maximum number of events specified in the contract is exceeded

Article 6 (Special Agreement)

Travel agencies and travelers can sign special agreements in writing (including electronic documents) to the extent that they do not violate related laws. In this case, the travel agency must explain to the traveler that the contents of the special agreement are different from the standard terms and conditions and take precedence over the standard terms and conditions and obtain separate confirmation.

Article 7 (Delivery of contracts, etc. and provision of safety information)

When a travel contract is signed with a traveler, the "Travel Agency" shall issue one copy each of the contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) to the traveler and provide safety information about the destination. In addition, if the safety information for the destination is changed before departure, the changed safety information must be provided.

Article 8 (Consideration of issuance of contracts and terms and conditions, etc.)

In any of the following cases, the "Travel Agency" shall be deemed to have issued a travel contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) to the traveler.

1. Where the "travel agency" uses an electronic information network or mechanical device to notify the traveler of his/her intention to consent to the contents of the travel contract, terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) provided by the Internet

2. When the "Travel Agency" uses an electronic information network or mechanical device to notify the traveler of the intention to consent to the contents of the travel contract, terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) provided by the "Travel Agency" using a mechanical device such as facsimile

Article 9 (Travel Fee)

1. The travel fee in the travel contract includes the following items: However, the desired travel is subject to agreement between the parties, and the following items 1-8 are the amount that the traveler himself/herself has to pay at the destination, or the "travel agency" is entrusted for the convenience of the traveler and pays them on behalf of him/her.

1. Freight rates of transportation agencies using aircraft, ships, railways, etc. (ordinary freight standards)

2. Transportation bus fare, such as airport, station, pier, and hotel

3. Accommodation and dining charges

4. Guide expenses

5. all kinds of taxes required during the trip

6. domestic airport and port fees

7. Admission to tourist attractions within the schedule

8. Other costs of individual contracts

9. a travel arrangement fee

2. Travelers must pay the down payment (the amount separately announced as a down payment among travel charges) to the "travel agency" when signing the contract, and the down payment is treated as all or part of the travel fee or damages.

3. The traveler shall pay the balance of the travel fee under paragraph (1) excluding the down payment to the 'travel agency' by the day before the departure of the trip.

4. The traveler shall pay the travel fee under paragraph (1) by card, account transfer, or deposit without a bankbook, as agreed by the parties.

5. If the desired travel fee includes traveler's insurance premiums, the "travel agency" must explain the name of the insurance company and the details of compensation to the traveler.

Article 10 (Settlement of Travel Conditions Change Requirements and Charges)

1. The travel conditions specified in the contract, etc., are subject to change only in the following cases.

① Where both parties agree that it is inevitable at the request of the traveler or at the local circumstances for the safety and protection of travelers

② Where it is impossible to achieve the purpose of travel due to natural disasters, wars, government orders, strikes, suspensions of transportation and lodging facilities, etc

2. If the "travel agency" changes the itinerary specified in the contract, the traveler's written consent must be obtained before the date of the change begins. At this time, the written consent should include the date of change, the change, and the cost incurred by the change.

3. Where it is deemed difficult to obtain consent from a traveler to change the travel schedule due to an urgent cause, such as a natural disaster, accident, kidnapping, etc., consent to change the travel schedule under paragraph (2) may not be obtained: Provided, That the "travel agency" shall explain the reasons for the change, expenses, etc. in writing after the fact.

4. In the event of an increase or decrease in the travel fee under Article 9 (1) due to the change in travel conditions under paragraph (1), the change before departure shall be settled (refunded) before the departure of the trip, and the change during the trip shall be settled (refunded) within 10 days after the end of the trip.

5. The conditions of travel are changed without the provisions of paragraph (1) or the cancellation of the contract under Articles 13 to 15. In the event of damages due to cancellation, the amount of compensation shall be settled (refunded) before the departure of the travel, and the amount of the travel shall be settled (refunded) within 10 days after the end of the travel.

6. If a traveler fails to provide services included in the travel fee, such as accommodation, meals, or sightseeing, after the departure of the trip, he/she shall not claim a refund of the corresponding fare from the "we": Provided, That if the trip is terminated in the middle, it shall be handled in accordance with Article 15.

Article 11 (Transfer of Traveler Status)

1. In order for a traveler to transfer his/her status due to personal circumstances, etc., he/she must obtain approval from the 'travel agency'. At this time, the 'travel agency' may consent to the transfer on the condition that the traveler or the person who intends to transfer his/her status will pay the expenses incurred by the transfer.

2. If there is an expense incurred by the transfer under the preceding paragraph, the "travel agency" shall set a deadline and request payment of the expense.

3. The "Travel Agency" may not accept the transfer under paragraph (1) due to the terms of the contract or unavoidable circumstances that are difficult to transfer.

4. The transfer under paragraph (1) takes effect when the 'Travel Agency' approves it. However, if the 'Travel Agency' approves the payment of expenses incurred by the transfer, it will take effect as soon as the expenses are paid within the specified time limit.

5. When the traveler's status is transferred, all rights and obligations of the traveler in relation to the travel contract are also transferred to the person receiving the status.

Article 12 (Liability of Travel Agency)

1. If there is a defect in the trip, the traveler may request the 'travel agency' to correct the defect or reduce the price. However, if the correction is too expensive or other correction cannot be reasonably expected, a correction cannot be requested.

2. Travelers can claim damages in lieu of corrective or reduction claims, or claim damages along with corrective or reduction claims.

3. The rights referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) may be exercised during the travel period and shall be exercised within six months from the end of the travel.

4. The "Travel Agency" shall be liable if the "Travel Agency" itself or its employees, local travel agency or their employees (hereinafter referred to as "employers") intentionally or negligently damages the traveler in connection with the "Travel Agency" mission stipulated in Article 3 (1).

5. A "travel agency" shall compensate a traveler for damages caused by delays or traffic jams of transportation institutions, such as airplanes, trains, and ships: Provided, That this shall not apply when the "travel agency" proves that it is not intentional or negligent.

6. The "Travel Agency" shall compensate for damages caused by the loss, damage or delay of the traveler's baggage, unless he or she proves that he or she has not been negligent with regard to the receipt, delivery, and storage of the traveler's luggage.

Article 13 (Rescission of contract before departure of travel)

1. The "Travel Agency" or traveler may cancel this travel contract before departure. In this case, the amount of damage incurred will be compensated in accordance with the "Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards" (notified by the Fair Trade Commission).

2. The "Travel Agency" or traveler may cancel this travel contract without paying the other party the amount of damages under paragraph (1) if there are any of the following reasons before departure.

① If the "travel agency" can cancel it

1. In the case of the grounds of Article 10 (1) 1 and 2

2. When it is deemed that a traveler causes inconvenience to other travelers or significantly interferes with the smooth implementation of the trip

3. Where it is impossible to participate in a trip due to an abnormality in the body of a traveler, such as a disease, etc

4. Where a traveler fails to pay travel fees by the date stated in the contract

② If the traveler can release it

1. In the case of the grounds of Article 10 (1) 1 and 2

2. Where a "travel agency" has not subscribed to deduction or guarantee insurance under Article 18 or has not deposited a business deposit

③ In the case of the death of a relative within the third cousin of the traveler

1. A.Documents that can confirm relatives (family relationship certificates, etc.)

2. B. Medical certificate or autopsy report (death certificate)

3. C.Other necessary materials

④ Where it is impossible to participate in a trip due to an abnormality in the body of a traveler, such as a disease, etc

⑤ Where a spouse or lineal ascendant is hospitalized for at least three days due to physical abnormalities and is unable to discharge by the time of departure of the trip, one spouse or guardian thereof

3. C.Other necessary materials

⑥ Where it becomes impossible to conduct a trip according to the travel schedule stated in the contract due to reasons attributable to the "travel agency"

Article 14 (Cancellation of contract if the minimum number of participants is not met)

1. If the travel agency cancels the travel contract because the minimum number of people is not met, the travel agency shall notify the traveler by not later than 24 hours before the departure of the trip, and 48 hours before the departure of the trip if it is more than 1 night and 2 days.

2. If the "Travel Agency" cancels the contract without giving notice within the deadline set forth in the preceding paragraph due to the lack of the number of travel participants, it shall compensate the traveler with 100% of the down payment in addition to the refund of the down payment already paid.

Article 14-2 (Cancellation of the contract of the company or traveler due to the occurrence of a first-degree infectious disease)

① If there is a reason falling under any of the following subparagraphs due to the occurrence of a first-class infectious disease, the "travel agency" or traveler may cancel the contract without paying the damages under Article 13 (1).

1. Where an administrative order, such as prohibition of gatherings, closure of facilities, suspension of operation of facilities, etc. is issued for areas/facilities included in the itinerary and it is impossible to perform the contract

2. Where the travel area or the residential (departure) area of the traveler is declared a special disaster area after the conclusion of the contract and the contract cannot be fulfilled

3. Where activities other than essential social and economic activities are prohibited in principle (three stages of social distancing and equivalent measures) after the conclusion of the contract and the contract cannot be fulfilled

② If a disaster is declared in the travel area after the contract is signed, making it very difficult to fulfill the contract, or if it is very difficult to fulfill the contract due to the serious stage of the infectious disease crisis warning after the contract is signed, and the government's recommendation to cancel or postpone the trip and restrict travel (Stage 2 of social distancing and equivalent measures), the "travel agency" or "traveler" may cancel the contract and reduce 50% of the damages under Article 13 (1).

Article 15 (Cancellation of contract after departure from travel)

1. The "travel agency" or traveler may cancel the travel contract if there is an unavoidable reason after departure. However, if the reason is caused by the negligence of one of the parties, the other party shall be compensated for the damage.

2. If the travel contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph 1, the 'travel agency' that is obligated to return transportation is obligated to return the traveler.

3. Additional costs incurred by the termination of the contract under paragraph (1) shall be borne by either party if the reason for termination falls under the circumstances of either party, and if it does not fall under either party's circumstances, each party shall bear 50% of the additional cost.

4. Travelers can cancel the contract if there is a serious defect in the trip, if the correction is not made or if they cannot expect to be fulfilled according to the contents of the contract.

5. If the contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph (4), the 'travel agency' loses the right to claim: However, if the traveler has made a profit from the conducted trip, the profit must be repaid to the 'travel agency'.

6. If the contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph 4, the "Travel Agency" is obligated to take necessary measures due to the termination of the contract, and if there is a return transport obligation under the contract, the traveler must be returned. In this case, the return transportation cost should be borne by the "Travel Agency" in principle, but if there are good reasons, the "Travel Agency" may charge the traveler a portion of the cost.

Article 16 (Start and End of Travel)

The start of the trip begins at the time of departure, and ends upon arrival at the final destination after the itinerary ends: Exceptions are made when changing contracts and schedules.

Article 17 (Obligation to Explain)

The 'Travel Agency' should explain the important contents and changes set out in this contract so that the traveler can understand them.

Article 18 (insurance subscription, etc.)

In the event of damage to the traveler in connection with the trip, the 'travel agency' must subscribe to insurance or deduction to pay the traveler insurance or deposit a business deposit.

Article 19 (Other matters)

1. If there is a dispute about matters not specified in this contract or the interpretation of this contract, the "travel agency" and the traveler shall agree to make a decision, but if no agreement is reached, the relevant laws and general customs shall be followed.

2. If there is a justifiable reason for traveling to a special area, it may be set differently from the contents of this standard agreement.

1) damage caused by travel cancellation

․If notified 5 days before the start of the trip - Refund of down payment

․If notified two days before the start of the trip - Refund of the down payment and compensation of 10% of the fare

․If notified one day before the start of the trip - Refund of down payment and compensation of 20% of the fare

․If there is no notification or notification on the day of travel - Refund of down payment and compensation of 30% of charges

- If the traveler cancels due to reasons attributable to the traveler

<If it's a trip on the same day>

․ If notified 3 days before the start of the trip - full refund

․If notified two days before the start of the trip - 10% compensation of the fare

․If notified one day before the start of the trip - 20% of the fare is compensated

․Cancellation on the day of the trip or absence without contact - 30% compensation of the fare

<In case of accommodation trip>

․If notified 5 days before the start of the trip - Full refund

․If notified two days before the start of the trip - 10% compensation of the fare

․If notified one day before the start of the trip - 20% of the fare is compensated

․Cancellation on the day of the trip or absence without contact - 30% compensation of the fare

- In the case where a traveler cancels the travel contract due to the violation of the contract terms of the travel agency (before travel)

<If it's a trip on the same day>

․ If the contract terms change is notified 3 days before the start of the trip - Refund of down payment

․ In case of notification of change of contract terms and conditions two days before the commencement of travel - 10% of down payment refund and compensation of charges

․ In case of notification of change of contract condition one day before the commencement of travel - Refund of down payment and compensation of 20% of the fee

․ If there is no notification or notification of change of contract terms for commencement of travel - Refund of down payment and compensation of 30% of charges

<In case of accommodation trip>

․ If the contract terms change is notified 5 days before the start of the trip - Refund of down payment

․ In case of notification of change of contract terms and conditions two days before the commencement of travel - 10% of down payment refund and compensation of charges

․ In case of notification of change of contract condition one day before the commencement of travel - Refund of down payment and compensation of 20% of the fee

․If there is no notification or notification of change of contract terms on the day of travel - Refund of down payment and compensation of 30% of charges

- In case the travel agency cancels the trip due to the lack of the number of travel participants (non-compliance with the advance notice date) - 100% of the down payment refund and down payment (penalty) compensation

- Cancellation of travel due to natural disasters, wars, government orders, strikes or closures of transportation and lodging facilities - Refund of down payment

2) Damage caused by violation of the travel agency's contract terms (after travel) - Compensation for damages suffered by travelers

3) Damage to travelers due to intentional or negligence of travel agencies or travel workers - Compensation for damages suffered by travelers

4) Damage caused by loss, theft, and other accidents of checked baggage during travel - Compensation for damages suffered by travelers

5) Delayed travel schedule or incomplete transportation due to intention or negligence of the travel agency - Compensation for damages suffered by travelers

* Including cases caused by intentional negligence of transportation companies, such as breakdown of transportation means and traffic accidents.

6) When a business operator or traveler requests cancellation of a contract due to the occurrence of a first-degree infectious disease

If an administrative order, such as prohibition of gathering, closure of facilities, suspension of facility operation, etc., is issued and the contract cannot be fulfilled; If the travel area or traveller's residence departure (area) is declared a special disaster area after signing the contract; If activities other than essential social and economic activities are virtually restricted (three stages of social distancing and equivalent measures) and the contract cannot be fulfilled. Refund of down payment without penalty

If a disaster situation is declared in the travel area after signing the contract and it is quite difficult to fulfill the contract, if the serious stage of the infectious disease crisis warning is issued in the travel area after signing the contract and it is quite difficult to fulfill the contract due to the government's recommendation for cancellation/deferral of travel and restriction of movement (Stages 2 and 2.5 measures for social distancing) - Penalty will be reduced by 50%

*The business operator will refund the balance to the user after reducing the penalty from the travel fee (including down payment) already paid
